Customer Service???
We all spend $ on our projects, whether 100 people have good experience with them or not. I feel that he did get a raw deal from a sorry Customer Service Rep. I'm not questioning the quality of the product here cause obviously it is outstanding, but the Customer Service Rep is really the one person that represent the ENTIRE company to that ONE customer, and if he fails in his job well what is that Customer supossed to think..hmmmm "Man that Magnaflow is a great company, I had a problem and they didn't help me at all and hung up on me"...I think if any of us had a problem with Ford and they did this to any one of us it would give Ford a bad taste in our mouths..Just my .02
