Free MAGNAFLOW Exhaust - F-150's needed
Hello,
My name is Richard and I work as the Product Development Director at Magnaflow Performance Exhaust. We are located in south Orange County (Rancho Santa Margarita.) We are currenty looking a few F-150 applications to develop our HIGH FLOW street-legal catalyst systems and we need your help.
I would like to borrow a few vehicles for 4-5 days so we can R&D a system for our catalyst division CAR SOUND.
Details:
1. We will need the car for 4-5 days
2. The car will be only used for testing
3. The car will be fully covered/Insured while in our possesion
4. The car will be kept stored and worked on indoors at all times.
5. The car must be stock (or near stock -some modifications are ok) or have the ability to be swapped to stock condition before testing
For the use of your Vehicle:
1. We will supply you with a rental car for the duration of the development.
2. We will supply you with testing results.
3. We will supply you with a FREE MAGNAFLOW CAT-BACK exhaust system for your trouble and install it for no charge.
I am looking to get the truck into the shop ASAP!
97-98 F-150/250 4.6L V8 4wd

Don't get excited - I live in So Cal and contacted him last time they needed a stock truck for development. I called and e-mailed within about 15 minutes of the posting. He does not respond to e-mails or voice mails. I finally got through to their R&D dept a couple days after that and they knew nothing about the posting.

Wow! What a neat way to take someone's vehicle! Hmmmmm - sorry to be a skeptic but you give them YOUR vehicle, they give a "loaner" & when it's time to get your truck back, bet they are gone!
Sorry - I would think if this were legit it would NOT be posted here. If anything they'd contact Steve & work out something with him.
