they dont stick out to far, or not enough. I just dont want it to look bobo, and normally when I have done exhaust everything comes included I've never had to piece together like this.

Noname05, the best sound you will get is with 24 inch long tips. It really deepens and smooths out the sound, and gives a nice gurgle at idle. (Have a 24x3.5 inch on my truck now.) As far as diameter, either 3 or 3.5 inch tips are great in my opinion. Make sure you specify to your muffler shop exactly how much tip you want sticking out from the bumper. Even if you wanted none sticking out 24s will still fit. I had 18x3.5s on my 1990 F250 with a Flow 40 SI/DO and I always regretted not getting the 24s.

cool, I had no idea the tips helped out with the sound, thanks man you have been a huge help with all of this. I already ordered my imco si/do from performance-curve. Hopefully by next weekend I'll have it in, and with a lil help from the man upstairs maybe my xcal will be in next week also.

Noname05, my pleasure. You're going to love the exhaust. Make sure to let me know how it sounds when you get it.

thanks man

I was thinking of doing the 18" lariat wheels, I have a hook up at the dealer 300 w/tires. Do you get free tires and batteries for life cause I do and they said I'd still get'em cause they are factory wheels
