Thanks again.. I'm more confused than ever. It doesn't appear too noisy. Probably most of the noise was from the window but you can hear the exhaust for sure.

Matt, That was exactly what I needed to hear. I liked the way your cold start sounds (and looks) , and I'm not worried what WOT sounds like in the cab but I was concerned what the steady drone was at normal crusing speed. I can not hear anything but road noises and the move to 70 with the downshift was great. I don't think cabin drone will be be a problem I will need to correct. I like to play the sat radio a little little elevated anyhow...

I was leaning toward Borla but I think you may have finally convinced me that what you have is more of what I'm looking for.

Looks like as soon as the weather gets warmer I will be getting the same setup.

I assume yours is stainless and there is/was no issues with installation and getting the spare off its storage point...???

I had the 15821 SI/SO cat-back system installed as part of the stage 1 kit from Troyer. I installed the exhaust before the AF1 and the xcal2. The sound is awesome, and with the AF1 it actually sounds better. Send me a message if you would like sound clips of this system.

Thanks for all the info and input, guys!

Those vid clips are pretty kick a$$! Thanks for taking the time to do all those. Seems magnaflow is a good way to go!

After some careful consideration, I decided to just go with a muffler and a nice tip. I ended up with a 20"x6" round stainless steel muffler from Bullet Performance. I also went with a nice oval/angled exhaust tip that I think fits the lines of the truck with the side exit exhaust quite nicely.

I'll have pics up of my final set-up by this weekend!
