magnaflow 15772????

I have an 02 Screw 4X4 with a 5.4 V-8.......
I'm wanting to have installed a magnaflow cat-back system....
Now, I really like the looks of the dual side exit --behind the rear tire-- that the magnaflow #15772 offers.... However, it says it is for the 02-03 Harley Davidson model Screw......
My question is --- Will it work on mine? The HD is supercharged... does this make a difference....
Plus --- This unit is DI/DO --- Is the Screw (02) also DI/DO or is it SI/SO?

Im not sure what model number Magnaflo I have but when I ordered it the system was supposed to be split rear exit. When the system came in it was a split dual rear side swept after the rear tire. According to the shop that installed it they said it actually was for the Harley edition, I have an 02 XLT and have had no issues with it. The shop only had to make a longer pipe from the cats to the muffler.

That's odd, i have wanted a dual rear split Magnaflow for my 2002 F150, but can only find the dual exit straight out the back. I have wondered about using the one for the HD's and just having a muffler shop alter it.

15772 is for the 02-03 HD F-150 and is what smkeater has. 15749 is the dual split rear straight out the back.

I apoligize for the confusion in my earlier post of saying dual rear side exit. I actually have a dual split rear exit that is side swept and model is 15749 sorry for the confusion.

Who did the install? Did you have a muffler shop modify the pipes to be sideswept? That's what i really want... Can you post a few pics?

I had a local performance truck shop order and install the kit. I believe they get theirs from keystone auto parts or summit racing. The kit was is supposedly the 15749. Originally it was to be split rear exit. The day of my install it arrived and the tech told me there was a problem and that the pipes were rear side swept after the wheel and I would have to wait another day for install unless I used that kit.**I really prefered the side swept look and the owner took $100 off the price for the wrong kit**. I never looked at the box to see if it was the actual kit number but no mods were made to the pipes there were installed as is. I will get under the truck to get better pics, I have rear shots of the truck in my gallery.

Dont know, you gotta talk to a muffler guru also depends on when your truck was built I heard of different exhaust kits for 04 depending on build date. Mine was modified needed a longer pipe from cats to muffler.
