Is there a "QUIET" intake that increases HP?

I have read hundreds of threads and can not decide on what to go with. I want the "GOOD" performance without a lot of noise. Below is a list of issues that seem to be in most threads.

Oiled -vs- non oiled filters?
metal -vs- plastic/rubber?
Stock system with aftermarket filter -vs- complete new system?
open filters -vs- closed?

What is the best set-up?

Until the gas is floored, you would never know the AF1 is under my hood.

I have an AF1 as well and really only notice the slight increase in sound level at 3/4+ throttle. BTW, I think you meant quiet. Quite is entirely different.
