So how does it work?? Happy with the results? What parts did you use to build it?

very happy a pipe is just a pipe unless you can prove otherwise. could feel and hear a difference. very happy. i would never pay 4 or 5 times that price for something that couldn't possibly outperform this cosidering the price difference. got it on ebay by the way. the whole kit with everything incl. shipping 39 smackeroos.

Got it off Ebay?? Was it a one time deal, or are there more like this available on Ebay?

Thanks.

I have a buddy that has one of these. Sounds just like a K&N he said that it helped a little. It went on his 98 f150. Very nice install.

Where can I find the Adapter to bolt the MAF Sensor to? I have some Idea's on making my own intake.... but kind of stuck on how to convert the stock Airflow Sensor over to fit onto a tube design intake.... any suggestions?

Wow! for thirty-Nine dollars you did excellent. I've viewed other post/pic's with aftermarket intakes that DO NOT look this nice and cost 3-4 times as much. I most certainly think you made a good deal. Very clean install. BoB

I agree that a pipe is just a pipe. I'm not sure that an air filter is just an air filter though. The average K & N filter costs more than your kit, and is probably worth the money. Did the air filter come oiled, or with an oiling kit?

well just to add to the comments that was 39 including shipping 22 for the intake and 17 for shipping. went on like a breeze and i have another 4 inch k n that i am going to replace it with. also it came oiled and recommended to be replaced after 60k miles. honestly cant beat the deal. the only prob was the vacuum tubes that came with it..... one of them would suck down with any throttle so i replaced it with a stronger tube from the local parts store for $1.39 incl tax.
