I never did get around to making a baseline dyno run... If you're familiar with SpikeTV's show TRUCKS! they did a show on power upgrades for the 04+ F150 and they did a baseline on an 06 FX4, so I'm going to guess I'd be somewhere in the same ballpark.
The TRUCKS! 2006 FX4 had 22" wheels and 33" tires with everything else stock and base lined at 202hp and in the low 200's for tq, i forget exactly what the number was...
I've got the the stock 18" wheels and 32" tires (285/65/18), AF1 3.25" intake, this exhaust setup, and an XCal2 tuned by Troyer Performance running on 93 octane fuel. I dyno'd at 246/301 but was running very rich at WOT. I haven't had a chance to mess with it much, or get it dyno'd again, I'll update when I do...
I did the exhaust first, and really didn't notice a change in power either way. When I added the intake and Xcal2 I noticed a HUGE difference. I was pleased with the truck after the exhaust mod, sounded much better than stock, but with the other performance mods I'm thrilled with how she drives!

ws6_guyscrew: I'm going to say that the low hp/tq numbers were partly due to the bigger wheels and tires they had on there. The HP seemed pretty reasonable to me, but the Tq #s seemed really low. If you read around Mike T. has some data on bone stock 04+ F150's and low 200's HP is not all that uncommon.
Galaxie4me: An X-pipe should only run you ~$50 installed... put one in and see if it helps. What exactly do you mean by it doesn't sound equal on both sides?
