Cold air intake with Headers question

Cold air intake with Headers question
If I already have headers installed, would adding a cold air intake help me at all? Would it help my performance/horsepower/torque/MPG???

Or the other way around, If I already have a cold air intake, would adding some good headers help my performance/horsepower/torque/MPG???

Do they compliment each other?

Thanks in advance guys.

having one without the other doesnt do much. you need all the air you can get coming in. you also need to let it breath better going out..

So you're saying having good headers by themselves won't do much? They make a difference in the car's i've seen them installed in. I've also seen good performance in cars that have cold air intakes installed without headers. So what are you trying to say?
