I figure this should get things moving...

1-5/8" primary full length headers, 3" collectors
3" offroad y-pipe
necks down into the existing 2.5" SIDO Flowmaster.

Headers and mid-pipes Jet-Hot Sterling coated inside and out.

I'll eventually replace the rest of it but it works for now and after nearly 7 years I'm not going to fool with it right away.

Crappy vid of start-up.

Those clamps don't leak. Most people use them and don't know how much torque they require...55 - 60 lb-ft is considerably more than most people put to them. I've gone through 3 heat cycles so far and no leaks. Headers I ordered through Jet-Hot...made by Pacesetter.

What kind of Flowmaster muffler is that? That is the sound I am looking for on my truck!

Thanks!

I think it is just the regular 2-chamber 40 series.
