i want louder NOW... WHAT CAN I DO???????? open header and cut off cats with no mfufler str8 pipes into ground? would tha tsound like crap? I like the flowmaster just no idle sound

 

i found something out with a i6. they're not super loud

dump the pipe right after the muffler. i did that and now its freakin loud. but i do have a v8

 

i've got mine dumped after the muffler(not stock, not sure what it is, very deep). not loud. i ran mine w/o a muffler for a month or two, it was ok. Going to try taking both cats off, putting one high-flo on, and getting a flow 40. got a 83 f100 w/ flows on it, sounds frickin awesome!! but....... no cats, and its a carb.
