Thats good to know...a little late for me though. I should have called. I have the 5x9 oval but I have the 18 not the 22. It came in yesterday and looks nice, my big question mark is the exhaust tip...when is it coming and will it work.

Glad to see that you finally got your new muffler and had it installed. Did you go with the 12158 like I got? Still very happy with mine. Now lets see some pics.

Well I swapped out the IMCO Pro for a 14" Maggie... I also installed a 3" cutout in front of the muffler

The Magnaflow is noticable quieter inside and out but it has a smoother/deeper tone and definitely seems to make more power. The IMCO developed a drone around 1800-2000 rpm and was pretty loud inside when going up hills and under load... the Magnaflow is audible but you have to listen for it. I like it but hope it gets just a little bit louder as it breaks in.

I don't think I'll ever go back to a chambered muffler again.
