Stock Exhaust Stainless???

Stock Exhaust Stainless???
Ford claims that the stock exhaust is made from stainless steel. Does anyone know if this is true and what grade of stainless are they made from (T-409, etc....)?

I do know for a fact that it's true, but I don't know the grade. It's not very good, though, I can tell you that.

It looks more like aluminized steel. I'm going to purchase a Borla or Magnaflow
system(that's real SS).

the back portion of the muffler is aluminized, but the muffler is just crappy steal (rusted):

A Magnaflow will rust too though and that is "stainless". Lower grade stainless will surface rust.
