2003-2007 6.0 V-8/1999-2003 7.3L Dual Cat Back Exhaust System

MagnaFlow is pleased to announce that we have JUST RELEASED our new cat back exhaust system for the 2003-2007 6.0L V-8/1999-2003 7.3L V-8. For specs on the system’s configuration, pipe size, layout and tip configuration, see picture below:



It features full mandrel bends (no compression bends, like those done at muffler shops) for maximum flow and a straight through, wide open muffler with NO baffles, NO chambers and NO restrictions.


The system installs with simple hand tools and in most cases, can be installed by the average do-it-yourselfer in 90 to 2.0 Hours.

i am replacing my 4 cats on my 04 5.4 e250 van with 2 hiflow;s from magnaflow- i'd like to use the ones that provide the most room[being the smallest 'have a 2.5 in /out and a bung so i can put my 02 sensor back in what number model suits this? thanks phil

According to my book there isnt a Cat for this Van. And you cant do a 4 for 2 swap on a OBDII Vehicle.

i did this on my 03 5.4 4x4 f150 -worked fine-no codes whatsoever-guess i need to call bassani-phil

Phil did ya order the Dashhawk yet??
Also cheack out the bullet Magnaflow converters on troyers page,might work
