97 e-150 manifold swap 5.4L

I have a 1997 E-150 van with the 5.4L triton motor.

I searched around and found that broken manifold studs are a common problem with these motors, and now I have a question going into my repairs.

My passengers side rear 2 bolts (Top and bottom) rusted out and broke off flush with the manifold, and now there is a gap where the manifold should be on the block.

My question is, are the manifolds for this vehicle going to be the right ones that summit connected me to? http://store.summitracing.com/partde...0&autoview=sku

At the top of summits site when I search, it shows that this fits from 99-06 5.4L's. I need to know if this will fit my 97 as well, which I'm assuming it will. If not can someone link me to a pair that will fit? I'll keep looking as well until I get a straight answer.
