I was looking on the Gibson Website and it has different model numbers for different months of the same model being built. Some of the models say for before August 2004 and all the others are for after.

I was looking to get a used Gibson Single Side exit used off of an 05 SuperCab for my 04 SuperCrew. Now the 05 models of both trucks match up, but then then one of the models say for all built before Aug 04.

Overall my question is will this cat-back still bolt up? Is it just a matter of hangers or placement of cats etc?

Anyone who can help I was hoping to buy this tonight and get it shipped tomorrow so some help would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is the before Aug 04 version is for the Heritage model based on the 1997-early 2004 model. and the after Aug 04 is for the late 2004 to Current model.
