Does any one know what are the best brand highflows to get and how much they are. Also, how big of a problem is installing them. In other words is it a do it yourself job or take it to the shop?

it depends on who u ask... me i like these magnaflow cats:
http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts.aspx/partfamilyid/1918/subcategoryid/161/categoryid/28?s/?scid=SG5836&s_kwcid=high%20flow%20catalytic%20con verter|920215277

as price goes u can pay what u want for them anywhere for a $20 scrap yard cat to $500... its not a big deal to install if u have a welder thats bout all u really need

maybe you guys are misunderstanding me... I am still going to run dual exhaust and glass-packs after that, I agree that no cats on a stock muffler would sound like ****!

on a side note, do the 2005's have 4 cats?

No matter what you run afterwards, having no cats will sound like crap and you will have no power.
