magnaflow question

I have a single in dual out magnaflow and was wondering if it is possible to drill a hole in it and remove some of the sound suppression material and then fill the hole back in via weld or patch to make it louder? Let me know what you think.

Doing this to the muffler will VOID our LIFETIME Warranty. I would advise against it.

You'd probably have to remove ALL of the sound absorbing material inside to even notice a difference. At that point, why not just get another muffler you like?
