dynatech long tubes are the way to go, you could try Kooks. the long tubes for the 2x4 and 4x4 are the same, so if you find some for a lightning, you can use them. I got mine from www.rpmoutlet.com, under the lightning section

I agree with Built on the Dynatechs, I just put a set of those on mine this weekend(the price is kind of high, but after they are on I wasn't complaining one bit). I had originally bought the Pacesetter LT's, but I sent them back after I saw them. They'd work pry, but after comparing them to the Dynatechs, the Dynatech's are built a lot better.

I know with mine, I had to get the 4x4 kit so the exhaust after the cats would fit properly over the crossmember bar(on a '05, so might be different for you). If you are just getting headers though, I wouldn't think so. Worse comes worse, make a call to the company and make sure.

yes for the midpipes, you have to get it for 4x4, just the headers are the same for 2/4x4

ok this is my problem with the long tube headers.. i dont kno EXACTLY what i need to do the job... i kno i need to get rid of the factory cats but what do i need along with the high flow cats to complete the job.. altogether im thinking headers, x pipe, high flow cats and prolly need more pipes.. but idk how much or what pipes.. thats my problem.. i have a flowmaster si/do 50 series and need to rreplace my manifolds bc their shot... bad... so i bought the long tubes and then came to the conclusion that i dont kno what i need... i need to make sure i have EVERYTHING before installation... i cant keep my truck in the shop... if someone would take the time and let me kno what i need(hopefully from exprience) then i would greatly appreciate it... thank you
