Vibrant Stainless Steel Exhaust tips

Does anyone have any experience with these tips? I want to know if they help reduce interior noise? They claim it's a resonator. I have 5.4 with magnaflow muffler and I am interested in these tips.

A resonator tip will reduce interior and exterior exhaust noise.
