hey, anybody in the Wichita area running flowmasters or magnaflows on their f150's. I'm getting ready to make the change. Probably going to catback dually conversion. Leaning toward the Super 40, or Delta 40, but I'd really like to hear one on someones truck... anyone in Wichita??

Hey man, i live in wichita but i have stock exhaust on my f150 on my wifes gmc we have flomaster 40 series siso there is alot of drone at cruise speeds but when i'm in the throttle it sounds awesome, i don't know how much of a difference there is between the sound from a F150 with flomasters or GMC 1500 with them.......i think i'm going to try either magnaflows on my f150 or banks...

Dtang, thanks for gettin back with me. I've heard a couple of different flowmasters on GM products, but stuff I've read on hear says they sound different on the Ford products. Just hoping there was someone in the area that had already been there and done that on their f150... Go Wichita!

Winfield here, and I have a Flowmaster 40 on mine. SISO actually stock exhaust, just cut out my muffler and welded in the flow. It sounds ok, but will redo someday.

they do sound quite a bit different on gm truck. mostly because their trucks have 3" pipes. if i was you id go with the magnaflow. flowmasters sound great but rob you of power and low end torque.
