yup just weld it all togther and call it a day ....how much would an exhuast shop charge to weld all my stuff togther? Header-cutout-muffler i dont think im puttin turn downs i think im gonna try and run the pipe to the back.

Yep, JMC went that route. If you do weld it - Go with a steel reducer instead of the Brass. The Nipples steel, so the reducer should be as well, for proper penetration.

i forgot to put the sticker on my window!!!! im not getting the true amount of HP or TQ from my headers!!!! i think im putting it on my back window at the top in the middle...how come you got 2 pacesetter stickers Jbrew??

Because I ordered the Y pipe - I sent that kit back for a refund . I must have forgot to send the sticker along .. Opps.

oh well i got 2 K&N i guess the pacesetter is going to have to be loney on top of the back windsheild lol. i blew by a lady yesterday and there was fear on her face from how loud my truck is

i would take pics of my headers but my fricken 1200* "High Heat" (yeah right) paint already got burnt off. i even followed the steps of curing it right down to a "T". and it was smoking and burning off. im pissed cuz i painted them red to match my fans and the MSD coil packs and wires, and before i started it up it looked sooo sweet, i should have taken a pic then. Im thinkin about writing duplicolor and sending them a picture of what they look like now. But they are loud so it makes up for it

did you prep them how i did? i used brake cleaner and wire brushed the paint off. then used some sand paper to scuff up the the headers so the paint would stick good. were did you paint them also? i kept the paint and headers inside at 70 degrees then painted them with 4 light coats of the VHT paint then ran them down stairs to dry in 70 degrees. mien have been on for a few weeks now and are fine....alot better than that black paint would have done....Then again the paint on the Cut-outs is doin pretty good. That sucks thoe. Will have to get both our trucks togther and make a video or something...i think im gonna take mine to the shop to get it all welded and 45ed behide the rear tire. i think for it all to be weled and ran to the back will be prob 100 or less. I need some moeny thoe!!!

humm someone said that my Headers are Intermedite headers and not Long tubes.... i kinda looked at him funny be hes like yeah there not Full length long tubes!! im like what are you talking about they go all the way under the truck. hes like nope i looked it up there intermedite... is my friend on Crack or is he right?? i know it said right on the desctrion Pacesetter Quick trip- Long tube headers.
