Anywhere from 9 - 18 mpg. Usually, I can't keep my foot out of it - so it varies .. - ALLOT!

I haven't noticed a difference.

right now, i'm getting about 18.5 without headers and highflow cats. i'm thinking, if you have your computer programed right, it will get better. i'm also thinking about buying the pasesetters headers long tubes, with high flow cats. i have a 26 gal tank and getting around 405 to 415 miles per tank. by the way, i have a Emco SI/DO exhaust.

all of my driving is interstate. not much intown. running between 75 and 80mph. its all about getting your computer just right. i found out by getting the tranny shift points shifting just right. it took some time, but i'm getting around 405 to 415 on a tank.
