Do a search on here. MIL Eliminators will take care of that engine light.

Why do you want to F your truck up so bad ? Don't you like it ? Or do you just hate the environment and want to pollute it as much as possible ?

Trucks not tuned to run cat less anyway. It will run bad unless you plan on a Dyno tune ? Is that why you want to do this maybe?

What are your intentions and maybe there's an alternative way to make them happen without screwing sh^t up.

I cut my cats out and had a shop replace it with 2 1/4 pipe welded up.

As jbrew said. I wouldn't do it unless you plan on getting a dyno tune and having the rear O2's turned off.

I had both cats removed and an 18" magnaflow. Made my truck raspy as hell. I replaced the Y-pipe with an x and ran a true dual setup. Much better now.

So , you could care less about the environment - I got that.

If you could careless about performance and just want the truck LOWD , then say so because that's what I'm assuming , but would rather you say it.

THEN , it will be easier to help you.

If you want loud and raspy, Cut the cats off and set them up duel. throw some old glass packs in and you will own the night. I have this set up on my 01 5.4. I have yet to hear another f-150 louder. However, I wouldnt do this unless your a sixteen year old kid in need of pissing off the town at midnight.. but if you are... thats definately the way to do it.. and the engine light will burn out after six months. God I cant wait for high flow cats so I can take my old girl on the highway and still hear my radio.....
