'04+ 5.4L 3V OBX LT's

I got my OBX headers yesterday and am impressed with them so far. All the welds look great and they seem to be a good buy IMO.

What I'm wondering about is, what would be the best exhaust setup w/ these? This comes with a reducer that necks down from the 3" collectors/y-pipe to 2 1/2"... which I'm guessing to meet up with the stock exhaust.

Now, what I'd like to do is run a 3" flex pipe mated to a 3" high-flow cat to a SIDO Flowmaster 44 or a comparable Maggie exiting out the passenger side before the rear tire. Opinions?

Also, will a CEL from not having the rear o2's shut off or no MIL eliminators (2 months or so out for my Troyer tune...) throw it in limp mode or effect the performance in any way?

Thanks in advance!
