MAF worth it??

MAF worth it??

does anyone have an aftermarket MAF sensor? how exactly would it benefit my truck? ive seen they are pretty pricey...
chime in if you have one...

If your truck doesn't require bigger and injectors and a recalibrated MAF, then it will do nothing. Unless you have forced induction or serious engine work, heads, cams, etc. the stock setup is fine. Buy underdrive pulleys and efans, or for big gains get long tube headers.

x2, exactly. Don't spend money on a new MAF sensor unless you've done serious mods. Spend it elswhere.

unless you NEED it, dont get it. if you do get one, you MUST get a custom tune, regardless of what the advertisers say. It will make you run lean, and it will not run right.
