factory CAT or hi-flo Cat

is there really alot of benefit of hi-flo cats over the factory cat...

your exhaust would definately flow alot better and sound more aggressive.

thanks.. so since i have a cai it breaths better and now if i put a hi-flo cat on less resrittions comming out...

well with yours i think the cai is bringing in more air than the truck can release. so high flows should definately help you out there.

Hi-Flow converters will free up restriction ( There is alot of restriction in our OEM cats ) and louden it up much more. The gains you will see is better economy, louder sound.

could you recomend one to use for a 08 5.4 supercrew all the places I have went to cant find one, for the 08 I was wondering if the o7 would fit the o8

you can get universal fit cats with or without the o2 sensor insert.

x2 mine are too, not loud as yours but i have a 4.6 and mufflers!!! lol

2006 - 2008 cats are exactly the same.
