WTF.... 4.6 diffrence from '05 to '06

WTF.... 4.6 diffrence from '05 to '06
Looking at getting the S & B CAI and I found a site that has it for $206.00 with free shipping for the '05 4.6 but they want $269.00 for the '06. I didnt think there was a diffrence...am I wrong?
