Which would be similar in loudness compared to flow 40's...the 14" or the 11"..or is there that much difference?

 

My Magnaflow 11"s are about equal with Flowmaster 40 series with all stock cats. But its not as loud as a 2 chamber at idle, but they sound better than Flowmasters.

 

So if i would put an 11" like you have, only one though, dumped would it sound pretty good and healthy? Better than the flow?

 

Yes. Not quite as loud as mine due to mine is dualed, and I removed my rear converters, but after it breaks in it would sound quite nice. You'll be up there with the 2 chamber mufflers in decible levels, and it will have that rich, deep, clear Magnaflow sound

 

Thats exactly what i'm looking for. Will the 11" have any drone dumped?

 

Any dumped exhaust would resonant inside a bit, but it wont be too bad. Mine is only loud when climbing a hill at 2000rpm for a minute, nothing that will give me a headache.
