After 1200 mile trip 77 series hissing high pitched.

Any ideas got about 7000 miles on it since i installed it.

hissing coming from filter havent heard it until now. and only when in drive.

could it be do for a cleaning?

Check the clamps all over the kit, and it could be needing an oil and cleaning job.
