American Thunder vs. Roush o/r
Which is louder between the two and which one performes the best in power? They both seem to be priced about the same for my 04 screw.
I know that the roush is stainless (correct me if im wrong) and the flowmaster isn't. I live in the "salt belt" here in the MI winters so I guess that plays alittle bit of a factor since I plan on keeping the truck awhile.

Flowmaster vs Roush? There is no argument, ROUSH. The Roush Off-Road is just as loud as the 2 chamber Flowmaster systems I have ever heard, even at idle, and Flowmasters have loud idles. For a straight through muffler, The Roush Off-Road muffler sure is a loud one. Borla and Roush did a good job on this cat-back. And, the all T-304 stainless is nice to have over 16 gauge aluminized.

Incorrect, 10 series Race Series is the loudest Flowmaster, but the Super 44 is the best flowing Flowmaster, and deepest sounding with a straight pipe aggression sound under throttle.
I do not have a dyno to contribute the debate of torque loss, but I did true dual Super 44s on my old 2500HD Silverado, I towed the same boat twice, first time was with stock exhaust, it pulled great and all that, second round was many months later after exhaust, it was just as great as before, but my RPMs were a couple hundred higher, which tells me it struggled more on low end and partial mid end, did get a little less mpg on that trip.
