No, a waste of money.
The maf meters the amount of air flowing into the engine and sends this value to the ecu, then the ecu determines how much fuel is needed to match the air flow and commands the fuel delivery. With your stock maf, the ecu is programmed to understand the exact signal from that maf, so all is good.
If you change mafs, you should let the pcm know by retuning the ecu for the new maf. So, custom tuning should be done.
The one that Ford put on your truck is more than adeqauate until it's electronic capacity is exceeded.
