Truck is in the shop for new exhaust

Just dropped off my truck for a Flowmaster Delta 50 Series SI/DO 2-1/4 dual pipes to 3X18 slashcut tips angled behind the wheels. $370 tax included. I pick it up in the morning.

Thanks, I'm real excited. I really wanted a magnaflow, but I could'nt find a shop that sells them. Went to about 10 shops many from magnaflow's site. Most either did'nt carry them anymore or the whole shop was closed. At any rate, several shops really talked up the flowmaster 50 series and explained the scavenging effect of the flowmaster and finally i relented. I also got talked out of straight out the rear in favor of angled behind the rear wheels. I hope I like it and that it won't be too obnoxious.

Well, your tips were what I was thinking of when he suggested thats what i should do, so I must think yours look good. The obnoxious concern was about the louder flowmaster not the angled tips.

Well thank you. I know that, the tip angle doesn't affect in cab at all hardly, just directs the noise to the sides outside behind the truck, and looks alot better.

Awesome. Just a tip though, you could always order the exact parts you want for your exhaust online and then take it into an exhaust shop to have it all mounted on the truck. That's what I did so I could get exactly what I wanted.

Well its done. Drove it around a lot yesterday just listening to the sweet tones. I totally love it. Sounds great. Have to figure out how to do some videos maybe later today. Although its my anniversary so I doubt I'll get to it.
Anyways here are some pics.
