Lucky, I got mine in two days before Christmas and one of the pipes was missing so I currently have a muffler and some tips with one pipe

You can't slip the tips back any more? I recall mine was very adjustable.

Yeah, they still haven't let the place I ordered from (Mall of Georgia Ford) know for sure what they are doing about it either (new kit or just the one part) just that they were working on a solution. They told me if I haven't gotten anything from Roush by Wednesday to let them know and they would take care of it themselves.

Mine came with three pipes, two tips, the muffler section with a welded in inlet pipe and two welded in outlet pipes, clamps, and isolators. Also instructions. Also 2 hangers.
