What part of Louisiana are you from? I live in the northeastern corner and have never had to pass any type of emission's. I've never had anyone to look under my truck to see if I have any convertor's. As for your exhaust I would get a 3" single Inlet magnaflow with 2.5" dual outlet's turned 45 degree's behind the rear tire's with 4x18" tip's. I think this setup would sound great!

Yea I just noticed that in your gallery. If your gonna get a flowmaster then I recommend the 44 series. I have the 40 series on my truck right now and hate them. I'll be getting my exhaust redone pretty soon. This will be my sixth different exhaust setup. My next exhaust setup will be using 2.5" true dualed pipe with an 11" magnaflow DI/DO muffler exiting lightning stlye with 3.5x18" tip's. I also have my rear cat's removed. This is the setup I wanted to use the last time but I talked myself into getting dumped funkmaster's instead.
