OBX header resonators/what are they for?

What are they?

I don't plan to use them but I'm just wondering what they are for.

I plan do go headers, magnaflow cats, mufflers.

i think theyre to help ''calm down'' the exhaust note. kinda like cats do, i could be wrong.

all they are for is to muffle the sound. you wont need them. sell them

haha. some people like their trucks quite, or they are too loud and want to quite it down some more. i would hold on to them for a little bit, just in case your truck is too loud, if thats a problem

i guess thats why the SLP Loudmouth 1's are so dang loud, theyre just a resonator and no mufflers
