well i ordered the pacesetter long tubes made for the 2wd so hopefully i wont need an 02 extention. i ordered them through jet hot so they said they have to order them strip them down coat them inside and out then ship them to me and all that should take three weeks! thats going to be a very long wait. the total cost came to 440 dollars so hopefully they live up to their expectation. did those 02s alone really make that big of a difference?

yes. cold air E-fan and longtubes made the truck go from 10MPG-16 17ish then changed the front o2's and BAM 20MPG.

also you will need the o2 extentions no matter what the o2 senor is put into the collector and because longtubes are well long the collector is about 12 inchs from the factory o2 senor location. you will still need them.

needed oil change. air filter clean the MAF changed plugs wires and coil packs. also put the right air press in the tires. and the o2's were bad.

no the only diff in the o2s is the angle there at on the 4x4 ones there pointed more up so the front drive shaft doesnt hit the o2s thats it. you will still need 10" of wire i wouldnt lie to ya

Okay..

so just to get a better idea...

If I was to go with LT headers, I will need the O2 extensions and that is it? Will the engine light go on?

I usualy work with mustangs and I used LT headers and mid pipe everything but I kept getting the engine light going on. I then bought a tuner to turn it off....I won't have to get a tuner will I? I don't think my wallet can handle..lol!!!!

4.6 is easy. only 2 are crapy to get to. plugs 3 and 4 are under the firewall passenger side. the driver side is easy. takes me about 15 mines to do plugs on my truck now.

your check engine light might come on for the rear o2s some guys get lucky. but just do the Gott's o2 mod and you will have no light.

Personally, I don't use extenders or solder stainless wire. The connection and resistance is sensitive for proper operation. Oriely's/Murray's carries Bosch sensors with the correct harness for an LT install. Measure what you need (12"most likely) and take your tape with you to the store to make sure they measure out right and you might have to purchase rear sensors for the front. Their one in the same, the difference is just harness length.

Yea, you can't solder those O2 wires without Rosin Flux to assist, it just won't happen lol. And, you have to let the solder just weave / then quit. Those crimp connectors don't last, no matter how good their crimped. You'll start firing off DTC's eventually.

Just heard this -

I usually don't like it this loud, but Borla makes the good stuff, that's a given. Listen to the shift
