Oxygen Sensors.

I went to the dealership yesterday and asked them how much O2 sensors were. I need one for the 2nd bank so I thought may as well change them all. So I go in the parts department and when I tell the guy what I need and he didn't really seem to know what was goin on cause I had to tell him what they were and what they did. Anyway's, he said the front ones were $102 and the rear one was $106. Does that sound right? Could I go to Autozone and have them get me MotorCrafts for a lot cheaper?

Oh, it's a 96 f150 with a 5.8L.

Tascaparts.com has them for 49 each, no mention of front or rear. Rockauto has various brands, including Motorcraft (about 53 front, 56 rear) and Bosch (39 upstream, 41 downstream).

Not sure if the $102 and $106 you gave was for each one, or not.

Damn, Matts sniped me while I was looking prices up

EDIT: Oh seems like they do sell them at Advanced Auto. 43 for upstream Bosch, 47 for downstream. Might be cheaper if rockauto's shipping is too much, or if you need them sooner.

I just put in new upstreams on both sides the other day, paid $43 each for Bosch at O'reillys. Advance Auto had NGK, but I passed. My original o2 sensors were NTK stamped with the Ford emblem?

So Bosch's are good? I was kinda leanin toward MotorCraft but if Bosch's are good and only $43 I don't have a problem usin them.
