Not too many of us have the option to, or the desire to run no cats. I have a garage and I detail my truck in it, I hate when my exhaust smell stays in there, and i'm only missing 2 cats, if I had none it would really reak. And the fines for getting caught just aren't worth it to me. I'm 21 and I cant afford to get any other payments or risk losing my truck.

hmm....must be strict up north, nobody here has gotten caught for not having converters, theres even a few police that have mustangs, camaros and a 2500 hemi without converters geez law enforcement these days!

Supposed to be strict in all 50 states according to federal law but you have to get caught first.
