i like chambered mufflers, flowmasters sound good, yes. i have thrush chambered mufflers now and i like them. i dont race my truck so it doesnt matter if i have "slowmasters" or not. did i lose low end tq? yes. do i care? not really. 
you cant ask anyone which mufflers sound the best cuz EVERY one thinks different stuff sounds good/bad. i like straights and glasspacks with no cats. thats just me. i like loud crackling exhausts seeing as thats all weve had and i live in texas!

There isn't a clear cut, 100% correct answer to that. Everyone wants something different when it comes to sound, and money isn't always the solution to this question. You may have to go with previous experiences or a friend or neighbors truck. Listen to all the U-Tube audios and maybe you can pick out something you like.
