Well is the alternator gonna stop working on us or something? Ill live with it if it isn't hurting anything cause it goes away and the truck runs awesome

well it is the bearing in your alt that makes the noise, I doubt you will ever have a problem. A few people have said they could feel the bearing grind, I could not.
