The first exhaust setup I had on this truck was similar to what you just described. I had the factory cat's and removed the stock muffler installed a y-pipe with 2.25 inch pipe from the y-pipe back 45'ed behind the tires with 3.5"x22" tip's. It sounded good and was about as loud as this setup I just got. As usual though it lasted about 4 months and I went to true duals after that.

Maybe we can be partners. I couldn't hire you to work for me cause you would be overly qualified for the job.

I'll have to agree with Darren on this one. I'll post the videos for you to listen as a comparison.

Here's the video of the 40 Series.

I wanted to but the last time I left my camera on the side of the road filming a video it got stolen! I had to chase the helfer all the way to her house to get my camera back. I was also worried that the wind would be too loud to hear the exhaust since the wind was blowing pretty hard. I'll try to get another video here soon. Thanks!

I'm open to advice. What's wrong with the RBP? Do you know of any other black tips I can buy? I don't want anything shiny it's gotta be black.

^ I just think it is really tacky being able to see that ugly logo. The black tip is ok. I would just rather see you pick out a cheap tip and powder coat it.
