Some guys will say ditch the super 40s, and go with either super 44s or original 40s. Also, those shorties wont get you any gains. All you gain is a mean sound. LTs and a tune will gain you that extra HP and TQ your looking for. 2.5" is good for your truck since it is supercharged. Do you have a tune on the truck for the charger?

You have an 02? There are plenty of companies that make them for your truck. Pacesetter, OBX, Dynatech.

you could be right, im not sure. I know one guy on here tried installing pacesetters on his 4.6 and they wouldnt fit. But they were meant for 5.4.

Early model '97 - '03 trucks with 4.6s could fit the 5.4 headers, but the PI motors dont really line up well.

Looks good op, only like mig said there will people saying don't go with the super 40. I am one of those. I strongly recommend the org. 40 with hi flow cats and headers. I believe you will be much happier with them.

Also, don't "dump" it. Either leave the end of the mufflers open or run tips. Turn downs kill the sound! I been there, it makes a bigger difference than you would think.

And... If your going to leave the muffler open at the end, I think the H pipe will sound better. With tips, keep the X pipe.
