The LS series are ok, but the old school Vortecs and 350s, I hate the sound.

350s dont sound good at all..theres a guy in town with impala, like an 85 or so with a 305 true dual flowmasters and no cats with those stainless steel rectangular tips...sounds REALLY good thats the only way a chevrolet will sound good

Nice. Theres a 350 with dualed Super 44s, sounds alright, but my old HD blew it away. I still like the sound of the 6.0Ls ( LQ4, LQ9, and LS2 ) and my old 5.7 LS1.

Now i'll stop and keep on topic

And that is exactly why we have the reply as quote feature. Tell that to Av and Ty

Dodge only builds trucks to be faster, and better looking than the other big two. So racing a hemi isn't gonna be a good result unless he sucks at taking off ( or his trans blows on the launch ) but if you really wanna beat one, give Roush Performance a call
