Yes they should pass. You may be questioned why you are running only two if your truck came with only 4, but if not then you are good to go. Just have the O2 sensors mounted after the 94106s.

What year is your f150? I just ordered my Hi Flows and cant wait to get them in. Did you have 4 cats and go down to 2 or did you just replace 2? Also did you bring it to a shop and have it done? if so how much did that run ya? And have you noticed better power and responsiveness at all? I was told that with the high flows it really helps when hauling too.

Thanks

^ It is not going to help that much. I took mine completely out and tuned for it, and I could feel a "little" more response all the way up the rpm range, and a hair boost down low.

But it sounds a hell of a a lot meaner with them huh? I have an 18" oval magnaflow exhaust and its not as loud as I would like it so I got the hi flows hoping it will give me the more aggressive sound I want.

2005. I had it done at a shop for $100. I only had 2 cats to start with and bought them from Performance Peddler.
