These video settings look familiar
Nice. Next time when your in the wind, try using a piece of torn up cotton from a cotton ball to make a DIY mic windscreen. I always use a little piece of cotton taped over my camcorder mic and it captures the sound very fine. Only drawback is it does pick up the motor noise inside the camcorder.
