I currently have flowmaster ehaust on my truck and it sounds alright but i want it louder. Any tips on some easy ways to do this besides straight piping it.

Well you were the some stating x2, as in times 2 on suggesting the cats, rllackey was the next, which put him in number 3, so I kept the pattern going by saying x4, though I would believe you originally meant x2 on the amount of catalytic converters needed. Just a little text confusion I suppose.

Try Performance Peddler instead. You can get 2 for under $100 shipped on there with the "bestoffer4em" code.

It doesn’t get much loader then this unless you don’t run a muffler LOL. Shorty headers no cats, 2 1/2 from the collector to 3in to the Y then 3 1/2 with a magna flow and I will never buy a flow punk again what a restrictive Oem type replacement I could feel a small difference on the low end and a major difference on the mid range. I left the pre cats hollowed out so when I travel to CA if the HP ever stopped me they would see what they thought where cats LOL. I might end up going to long tubes with a real 3in to 3 1/2 this summer but Ill what until I see what a T trim or Ysi trim needs for exhaust flow and go from there. With this set up a welded said and done about $1200 I wish I had asked for my year old flow punk set up so I could sell it for a $100 but I was so happy when I heard the expo I forgot all about it =( I had a short 4in tiped put on I really cant stand the way big over sized diesel sized tips they just look comical to me when i see a 5in tip
