JC Whitney has the 401593 for $600 shipped. JEGS is about the same. Google is your friend.

Google search for Roush 101593

For those of you who have this, did you install it yourself? If so, did you have to do any fabricating?

Rllackey28, thanks for the info!

Yeah there is a lot of places online that have it, summit as well has the Roush kits, try and find you a place that is offering discounts or opptional promo codes online (google it) or free shipping.. something to think about so you can get it online as cheap as possible.

Yeah its suppose to be a straight forward bolt on catback exhaust I believe,

Some people have issues lining up the tips to get them level. All in all though, it is a fantastic kit. Sounds means and is very aggressive once broken in. Borla quality can't be beat. They did go from all 304 SS to 304 SS muffler and 409SS for the piping, but that is not a big deal. It will only get a bit of surface rust on the piping and nothing more. I would have just bought the muffler if I could find it, but they are not sold separately

Rllackey28, thanks for the info!
You are welcome. I assumed that you wanted to split rear. Was that correct? I didn't get this kit but I got a MBRP kit (the first exhaust try, ) which has the same principles. I did not fabricate anything. Everything I needed was included in the kit. Here are the instructions:

Totally agreed about the coupons. What I do is google the kit and then google coupons for the website.

You know Roush is still claiming the 304SS on their website.

"This Ford F-150 exhaust kit is made of T-304 stainless steel, providing for resistance to corrosion and staining."

I too have noticed the $490 shipped Roush kits are diminishing. Bummer, especially since its not full t-304 anymore, but still a fantastic kit. The tailpipe hanging issue may have been resolved with the new company that fabricates the tailpiping.

Darren maybe they have went back to all 304 and that's why the cost has went up. If they are claiming all 304 on their website and it's not they are going to have a lot people giving them a bunch of crap.

Quite possible. Anyone want to call Roush Performance and confirm?

Well I pulled the trigger last night. Ordered it through americantrucks.com. Got it for 583.99 with free shipping. Race-mart.com had a lower price by like $90, but they were out of stock. So the impulsive buyer in me couldn't wait lol.

I'm quite irritated. I wanted this kit for my 2010 Screw, but direct contact with Roush said they do not have a kit available, and may not, either. This was about the best sounding system when I had it on my 2007 Screw.

Congrats. If I would have bought this kit before I bought my old MBRP kit I probably wouldn't have switched out to the Flowmaster. I really like Roush's sound. Honestly, I trolled this site for weeks looking for info on a SIDO and I don't remember any info on the Roush. That's how I ended up with the MBRP.
