What do you suggest ?

I've been wanting to put exhaust on my truck, but don't want to spend money on a full front to back system so I've been thinking of just putting a muffler on it. Keep in mind that I still want to be able to talk in the cab while driving, just want it to speak a bit when I'm lettin' her go.

What I have is an 06 f150 xlt and I was looking at Flowmaster's Super 44, but to be quite honest that's the first and only thing I've come across.

Also, will putting in a muffler include any welding/cutting ? I was under the truck most of today and didn't even think to look, haha.

Thanks in advance for any help

Bullet muffler, magnaflow 14" round or oval, and Borla Pro XS are your best sounding options here IMO.

Cutting is a must, but you can either weld it back in or use clamps. I strongly suggest have a shop weld it in.

No no on the Bullet, that will drone like if he had the tailpipe exiting in cab. Go for the Magnaflow 14" oval body muffler.

I have the bullets and had the cherry bomb extreme 1 chamber they both sound decent on my V6, however the bullets are a little too loud for me now that they are broke in.
