Which style trucks actually have 4 cats?

Its hit or miss on this mine had 2 its an 05 lariat, but my buddy had a 05 XLT and hs has 4 I do think there is a thread about this.

OK Will it hurt my truck to cut the cats off? Is it better on the motor to remove the factory cats and put hiflow cats on? I can turn off the o2 sensors so there is no problem there?
